All orders will ship within 1 full business day; most being shipped by within the same day of order. If there is any reason that your items will not ship within this timeframe there will be a pop-up displayed on our site!

We offer free shipping within the continental US for orders over $50 (via UPS Ground Saver or USPS Ground Advantage). You do have the option to purchase different shipping methods if you need your gift to get to it's recipient faster.

We also offer local pickup at our home at 2945 Reliant St in Fort Collins and delivery across Northern Colorado.

We are so excited about the packages we send gifts in and hope your gift recipients will love them too. Our box is a high quality earlock mailer that features a custom pastel purple and green design with a snow capped mountain scene on the sides and a bow on the top of the box. You can see our boxes in the images at the bottom of the page.

We securely package the gift items inside the box with shredded white paper.

If you desire to send your gift in a basket instead, we offer the option to send gifts in a wicker basket. The gifts are placed inside the basket with a bow on top then shipped inside of a cardboard box surrounded with packing peanuts.

We will evaluate returns on a case by case basis; up to two weeks after the gift delivery date. Please send pictures of the problem and provide us with a description of the issue and we will work to resolve the problem.
